When I have time, I’ll do “it.”
DO: Define what “it” is.
DO: Make a list of all the “it” stuff.
DO: Assess the importance of these activities.
DO: Decide to take action now.
DO: Understand the consequence of delaying action on “it.”
DO: Understand the impact of your decision on others.
DO: Assess the impact of your decision on your business.
DO: Break down your “it” project into smaller tasks, if need be.
DO: Put the “it” on your calendar.
DO: Take one step, 15 minutes, 30 minutes of dedicated time of doing your “it.”
DO: Enjoy the satisfaction of accomplishment.
Have you heard of the saying, “The bigger the house, the more you’ll fill it”?
Whether it’s space or time, it gets filled before we realize it. You’ve probably realized by now that you’ll never have enough time to do your activity or project ABC unless you make it a priority and commitment to do it.
Or, until it becomes a crisis and you are forced to accomplish it under less than optimum circumstances.
As soon as the project enters crisis priority, overwhelm, stress, anxiety, and frustration will become your closest companions. Is that truly how you want to live your life?
“Crisis priority” work will be prone to errors, client and personal relationships may be harmed, and your sleep and health can easily also become compromised.
Your challenge is to start with a conscious decision. Commit to it. Move forward. Start with small time commitments.
Go out there—“choose to live your life fully, show the world your love and kindness, and create the joyful life and business you love and deserve.”
